Overview
After developing the mobile app, it was time to focus on creating a responsive website. The project took 2 months to convert to be used on multiple screen sizes.
Empathizing
Since the project is the same, I stuck with the same personas created for the mobile app, but the journeys changed with the platforms. I would have to imagine the scenario for these persona's for each different platform and device.
Ideating, Defining and Prototyping
Using inspiration from the app, I would have to reconstruct the I.A. for a more webfriendly setting. From there I would go onto designing the paper and digital wireframes and tie them together for the first prototype.
Testing, Defining and Prototyping
After designing and testing each screens functionality, they became upgraded to mockups after iterations. and then eventually they would all become functioning hi-fidelity prototypes running for desktop, mobile, and tablet screen sizes.
Next Steps
After 2 months, the responsive website for the Plates project was completed, closing out the Plates project completely. The sticker sheet proved in this particular project to be extremely useful.
